The actual problem
Someone in Porur opens Maps at 8pm looking for a salon that is still open. Your listing comes up. They tap it, land on a Justdial page carrying a phone number you stopped using two years ago, and go back.
Then they tap the salon two streets over — whose page appeared in under a second, showed a price list, and had a WhatsApp button under their thumb.
You lost that customer to a faster page.

Most studios describe only their own half of the work. Projects run late because of the other half, so here is both.
The clock starts when your photos and prices arrive, not when you pay. Waiting on material is what actually makes projects run late, so the 5-day figure is honest about where it begins.

Who you are hiring
I am Annle Aghai Davidson. I design and build every site that leaves this studio, from Kattupakkam. There is no account manager, no project coordinator, and nobody who will forward your message to someone else.
That is a genuine trade. A larger agency can run six projects at once and I cannot. What you get instead is the person who wrote the code answering your WhatsApp, which is usually what people actually wanted from the agency.

No. At Brightleaf Studio the build is a one-time fee and the site is yours. The ₹1,500 per month care plan covers hosting, edits, uptime monitoring and Google Business Profile upkeep. If you skip it, you host the site yourself and the site keeps working.
A one-page business website takes 5 days at Brightleaf Studio, counted from the day all photos and content arrive. A multi-page site takes about 14 days. The clock starts when the material is in hand, because waiting on photos is what actually delays most projects.
If you have neither, set up the Google Business Profile first — it is free and drives more walk-ins than a website for most Chennai local businesses. A website earns its keep once you need to show prices, services and photos in a way you control. Ideally you have both.

The website stays yours. Brightleaf Studio registers the domain in your name and hands over the source files at launch, so cancelling the care plan means you take over hosting and updates. Nothing is switched off and nothing is held hostage. This is stated in writing before work starts.
