Privacy
There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics that follow you elsewhere.
What this site collects
Nothing, unless you send it. There are no advertising cookies, no Meta pixel, no Google Analytics, and no third-party scripts that profile visitors.
If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, they record aggregate page views and referrers without cookies and without any identifier that can be tied back to a person. It is not possible to identify an individual visitor from that data.
What happens when you use the contact form
The name, business name, contact detail and message you type are sent to Brightleaf Studio so that a reply can be written. That is the only purpose. The data is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not added to any marketing list.
The form records the time of submission and applies a rate limit using your IP address to prevent automated abuse. That IP address is held only in memory for the length of the rate-limit window and is not stored.
WhatsApp and email
Messaging the WhatsApp number or email address on this site means your message is handled under the terms of those services as well. Conversations are kept so that a project’s history is available, and are deleted on request.
Client project data
For clients, Brightleaf Studio holds the material needed to build and maintain a website: business details, photographs, service and pricing information, and hosting configuration. Backups of client sites are kept so a broken or deleted site can be restored.
Client passwords are never stored. Brightleaf Studio will never ask for your Google account password — Google Business Profile access is granted through Google’s own manager invitation instead.
Fonts and other requests
All fonts are served from this domain. The site makes no request to Google Fonts or any other external host on page load, so no third party receives your IP address by visiting this site.
The map on the contact page loads only when you tap it. Until then no request is made to Google.
Your rights
You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email brightleaf.studio.io@gmail.com and it will be actioned within seven days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
